Gel X is a soft-gel extension: a full-cover tip shaped in advance, bonded to your natural nail with gel and cured under an LED lamp. It goes on lighter than acrylic, has no strong monomer smell, and soaks off instead of being filed down.

Tell your technician the length and shape you want (almond, coffin, square or stiletto) and they will size a tip for every finger, prep the natural nail, apply and cure. Gel polish, French, chrome or hand-painted art goes on top.
We also do Hybrid Gel (T.A.P) and Liquid Gel sets. If you are not sure which one fits your nails and lifestyle, ask at your appointment and we will walk you through it.

How much is a Gel X full set?
A Gel X full set starts at $65 and a fill starts at $55. Length, shape and design can change the final price.
How long does Gel X last?
Most guests get about three to four weeks of wear. Daily cuticle oil and wearing gloves for cleaning help your set last longer.
What is the difference between Gel X and acrylic?
Gel X uses pre-formed soft-gel tips and soaks off. Acrylic is sculpted from powder and liquid and is very strong for long lengths. Both look great; it comes down to the feel you prefer.
How do you remove Gel X?
It soaks off gently, without heavy filing. Soak-off removal is $15+.
Is my set guaranteed?
Gel manicures and enhancements are guaranteed for 7 business days, excluding breakage. Chipping or lifting in the first 5 days is fixed free.
